I architect enterprise multi-cloud platforms across AWS, Azure and GCP, and production-grade Agentic AI systems. At Ciena, I built CloudIQ from scratch as the central AI orchestration layer for cloud operations. My experience spans enterprise AI, FinOps, DevOps automation and full-stack engineering.

  • Architected Cloud-Assist using A2A and MCP protocols, targeting a 40% reduction in P1 incident resolution time.
  • Delivered a unified AI-Powered Cost Estimator across AWS, Azure and GCP, meeting the stated 90% variance accuracy target between pre-deployment estimates and actual spend.
